Abhinandan Singh is an internationally experienced technology executive operating at Group CTO level, currently serving as Director of Technology at Catella. He leads enterprise-wide digital, CRM, and architectural transformation initiatives across multiple European markets, aligning technology strategy with business growth, governance, and security. With over 20 years of global experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and offshore delivery hubs in India and Malaysia, Abhinandan has built and led multicultural, distributed teams delivering complex, regulated, enterprise-scale programmes. His background spans Banking (including Investment Management, Wealth management and Customer origination), Insurance, Automotive, Aeronautics, Publishing, and Clinical R&D — industries where Identity, Compliance, and Trust are foundational. Operating at the intersection of customer experience strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology-led transformation, he partners closely with CxOs to define target architectures that are scalable, secure, and future-proof. Abhinandan has an MBA in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics,  and maintains over 40 technical and domain certifications, including those as a Certified Architect in IAM.
