Murat is a CyberSecurity professional with 20+ years of experience, holding CISM, CISSP, CISA certifications. He is enthusiastic about creating a working environment where people can act proactively. This is achieved when autonomy, purpose, and mastery are available as the main pillars of motivation. He finds it rewarding to put his best effort into situations where leadership, results, and change are needed. He believes that establishing good relationships begins with effective listening and creating a foundation of trust. With this in mind, he enjoys bridging the gap between business and IT at both line and executive management levels.
